The Kansas Pediatric Foundation has successfully promoted early literacy through the Turn a Page. Touch a Mind.® (TAP-TAM) program since 2004. We are proud to have partnered with more than 500 medical providers throughout the state to put more than 830,000 books into the hands of Kansas kids.
The Literacy Endowment is a sustained source of funding that will be providing books far into the future.
The Kansas Pediatric Foundation created the Kansas Kids Fund so that we can expand our reach beyond early literacy and do even more to improve child health in our state. We have a model that works and partnerships with pediatric primary care providers throughout the state, now we just need your help to grow this new sustained source of funding. The Kansas Kids Fund provides unrestricted funding to support child health initiatives as directed by the Kansas Pediatric Foundation Board of Directors. This fund allows us to expand the areas we support like early brain development, obesity, immunizations, oral health and more!
Please consider a gift to the Kansas Pediatric Foundation so that children in Kansas will grow up healthy with the tools they need to reach their full potential.
