Kansas KidLink – Connecting Kids to Important Services

Did you know that as many as 1 in 10 children suffer from mental illness, but at leastkidlink-KS_KAAP_final_2010_mhhalf won’t receive treatment? Some of these mental illnesses include anxiety disorders, eating disorders, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, depression, and most common – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The Kansas KidLink Mental Health Initiative is a website that provides an easily searchable database so that Kansans can find the closest pediatric mental health providers to their community. The website also includes a wealth of resources including fact sheets, state of Kansas resources, support groups and insurance information.
