TAP-TAM continues steady growth across the state with two new sites getting trained this 
spring. We are excited to welcome Johnson County Pediatrics in Merriam, and the Wichita County Health Department in Leoti.
Johnson County Pediatrics has 5 pediatricians who will hand out about 7,000 books to their patients 6 months to 5 years annually.
Wichita County Health Department in Leoti has one medical provider who will give about 235 developmentally appropriate books to patients each year.
We are glad to have both new sites join TAP-TAM, and we are thrilled to be reaching even more Kansas kids with books so that they will have the tools that they will need to start school ready to learn to read.
